10 steps to Dotloop Success

1. Start new loop, Name it, and select ‘Buyer’ or ‘Listing’ template.

 

2. At main loop page, go to “View Details”.

 

3. Give yourself a ‘role’: either “Buying Agent” or “Listing Agent”.

 

4. Use “Add people” to enter your clients’ names, email addresses, and ‘Roles’ (“Buyer” or “Seller”)*

 

5. Use “Add people” to enter your TC’s info, and check box to “Add to my team” (with TC ONLY!)

 

6. Enter info about the property (use MLS # if available) and terms. (Click “Save”!)

 

7. Click on forms requiring data entry, and use “Autofill” function to populate info.

 

8. Click on “Add Forms” for any necessary items that didn’t come with the listing/buyer template.

 

9. Click “Share” on items needing signatures: pick recipients, then choose “Can sign”, “Can fill and sign”, or “View only” for each party. Close document(s) when done!**

 

10. Go to packets/RPForms to submit your transaction!

 

*Enter “BHGRE Reliance Partners” with Lic. # 01902981 and role: “Buying Broker” or “Listing Broker”

** Some forms require you to ‘assign’ signature fields, e.g. “Real Estate Agency Disclosure”
